RETURN POLICY

D'Lusional offers returns in the following territories:

1. Return handled by our partner courier (Correos / UPS)

Eligible countries:

  • Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

  • Europe: France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Ireland, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Malta, Bulgaria, Romania.

  • Andorra

2. Return sent by the customer (at their own expense)

  • Spain: Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

  • Europe not covered by our courier service (Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein)

CHANGES

The changes are only available at:

  • Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

  • Portugal

  • Andorra

  • European Union countries included in the above list

If the exchange is not available in your country, we will guide you through the process of making a return and a new purchase.


RETURN AND EXCHANGE FEES

1. Through our courier service (Correos / UPS)

  • Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) → Returns: €4 / Exchanges: 1st exchange free , subsequent exchanges: €4

  • Portugal and Andorra → Refunds: €8 / Exchanges: €8

  • Europe (EU) → Returns and exchanges: €10

2. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For territories not covered, the cost will depend on the transport company you choose.


EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITIONS

To be accepted, items must:

  • They must be brand new , unused, odorless, stain-free, and in perfect condition.

  • Keep all labels , original packaging and included accessories.

  • Please ship within 14 days of receiving your order.

Important:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Items such as underwear, socks, keychains and "Mystery" products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Items in outlets or pop-ups are non-refundable; they can only be exchanged (if the point of sale is still open).


RETURN PROCESS

  1. Request your refund here.

  2. Once approved, you will receive a shipping label or detailed instructions.

  3. Prepare the package in its original packaging and hand it over to our carrier or send it yourself (depending on your region).

  4. Once we receive and review it, we will notify you if your refund or exchange has been approved.


REFUNDS

Once the return has been approved and processed:

  • The refund is issued to the original payment method .

  • The usual processing time is between 5 and 10 business days (depending on the bank).

  • If more than 15 days have passed since our confirmation, please write to help@d-lusional.com


DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR ORDER ERRORS

Please check your order upon receipt.
If your item arrives damaged , incorrect , or defective, please contact us immediately at help@d-lusional.com and attach photos. We will review the case and offer you the most appropriate solution.
